Giva lacks QC. When I order the product I got the defective piece. Requested for replacement, the replacement product was again defective, the pair of earrings don’t match. Eventually have to put a refund request. The brand will lose its value very soon if there as silly mistakes are ignored.

The only change needed is the screw part. It has be easy. The process of turning it round and round while putting is very time consuming and the screw falls while doing the process.
