It is beautiful and intricately made. Loved it. Though the screw was loose in one but additional back push were provided, so not really an issue. Wish though it was a little larger.

Got this for my mom on other's day and she absolutely loved them!! They're so cute and precious, be it for an outing or for wearing it all time, they're perfect. It doesn't react to the skin at all so my mom can wear it all the time! And the stud that holds it in place is like a screw so though it takes time to put on, once it's on you don't have to worry about it falling at all. PS - the packaging was beautiful too!
