This whole experience has been an absolute nightmare. Words can't express how disappointed I am with just one simple purchase. I bought a pendant for my friend, thinking GIVA offered great value. But after just one wear, the pendant oxidized completely. Just one wear! Even pendants bought from a local store last longer than this. But it doesn’t stop there. I tried to claim the warranty, thinking I was still within the warranty period. But here's the first red flag in customer experience: Because I made the purchase through their website, I couldn't claim the warranty without installing the GIVA app. Strike one. Then comes red flag number two: I tried to change the pickup address for the pendant. Their app is so poorly built that it doesn't even confirm if my address change was successful. After countless attempts, I finally managed to claim the warranty. But guess what? The pickup guy went to the original address not once, but twice. Their terrible app displayed the changed address, yet the pickup guy insisted on the original one. This confusion repeated itself twice. And then there's red flag number three: I had to call their customer support. The representative informed me that I needed to fill out a Google form to change my address. I did as instructed, but days went by without any response. When I called again, they assured me the pickup would happen within 72 hours from the new address. Once again, no follow-up from them. Every time I called, they recited the same script, but when it came to actually taking action, they utterly failed as a company. And to top it all off, I'm still stuck with this warranty claim. This was my first and last purchase from GIVA. I won't even think of recommending them to anyone.
