You should handle one issue that is, when I visited Giva showroom at Durgapuri, delhi and asked them to redeem the coupon that I had, they told me to place order online. And due to this, I had to wait for delivery which I could buy at the showroom easily. If customer has any coupon, it should be redeemed at your showroom also. Besides, the look and feel of item is great.
