I had a very good experience with Giva, please read it till the end. I purchased Golden flower girl ring from Giva online on 23rd September 2023. After receiving the product and using it for 2 Weeks, unfortunately ring broke into parts. I wasn't sure if I can get this replaced. I refused to visit the nearest Giva store as I thought just for a ring claiming warranty may be too much. I left it the way it was. Exactly after 5 months I got a message to write a review on the product from Giva. I was not in a mood to explain things I just told ring is broken so no review. Soon after this I got a call from Mohan(Giva Team) who asked me the whereabouts of the ring. He promised me for a replacement as I have warranty. I was pretty impressed the way they showed concern on their customer no matter what product you purchased. And within few days return was arranged and within 24 hours of returning product I got a replacement. I am so excited to see the most lovable ring on which I lost hope few months back. Stone quality is just Awesome and the product is too good compared to the one I received first. I am really happy to share this with others who are seeking true review on the Giva products. I would Highly recommend the Giva products as I can guarantee the quality and better Team who care for their customers. Thank you Giva!! .
