Anushka Sharma Rose Gold Crown Bracelet

I had requested a replacement for this bracelet on Oct 5th, 2024 within the warranty period. The reason for the replacement request was the hook of the bracelet which was damaged. But while replacing they had bent the bracelet which was not the original condition. Kindly look into this and do the needful.
